Easy Returns

Placing an order on battleshipncstore.com is easy; making a return is even easier. 
At the Battleship North Carolina, we value not only your business, but also your time; therefore, we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, returning for either an exchange or a full refund of its purchase price is easy.
There are two fast, convenient ways to make a return from battleshipncstore.com:
1) Physicall return the merchandise to the Battleship North Carolina Gift Shop in Wilmington, NC.  Once merchandise has been returned, we will follow the normal battleshipncstore.com return policies relating to the tendering of a credit or refund for the item returned.
2) Return the merchandise by shipping the item(s) to the Battleship North Carolina Gift Shop.
Customers need to ship the item that needs to be exchanged or returned with the sales receipt to the Battleship Gift Shop.  
Exchanges: If the item needs to be exchanged, please include a note with your item describing the item to be exchanged. A Battleship Gift Shop sales representative will call you to verify the exchange to guarantee accuracy. The customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for any and all exchanges.
Returns: Once the item has been received, a Battleship Gift Shop sales representative will call you for the credit card number used at the time of the original purchase. This is needed in order to issue a refund. An email will be sent to you to verify the credit back to your credit card.

We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service's insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.
The Battleshipncstore.com will refund shipping and handling costs for returns if 1) your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, or 2) due to shipping and/or handling error(s) on the behalf of battleshipncstore.com.
Most credits are posted to your credit card within 5 business days after your returned merchandise is received by the Battleship North Carolina Gift Shop.
