After your order has been placed on battleshipncstore.com, there are three fast and easy ways to track your order online or via the telephone.
1) If you have created a battleshipncstore.com account online, please sign-in (if not already signed in). You will be able to track your order through battleshipncstore.com by clicking the “Order Status” link on the top of any page. This will bring you to the “My Account Orders” page of battleshipncstore.com, where you can click on your order number and view the current status of your order.
2) If your order has been picked up by the carrier for shipment, you can track your order through the shipping carrier company's website. The shipping confirmation e-mail, sent to you after your order has been shipped, will include the carrier's tracking number for your reference. UPS and the United States Postal Service are the Battleship North Carolina’s preferred carriers. By clicking the UPS Tracking Link, you can enter your UPS tracking number for the current status of your order.
3) You may also obtain status information on your merchandise order by contacting a friendly Gift Shop Sales Representative, at 1-910-251-5797. Our representatives are available from 9:00AM - 4:00PM (EST), Monday - Friday.
